Space Systems Engineering

The following courses are included in the Space Systems Engineering Graduate Certificate:

This certificate integrates crucial activities spanning the entire life cycle.  Information and capabilities are learned by participants in hands-on space system and mission design assignments.  Courses are focused on: operations, concept development, space system architecture, verification and validation, as well as key system engineering processes and tools.  This certificate provides the backbone for the development of space systems engineers.

Audience:  Professionals who wish to compliment their existing knowledge and skills base to include state of the art spacecraft and mission analysis design combined with a holistic systems engineering and architecture perspective.

The four courses in this certificate can be applied towards a Master of Engineering in Space Systems Engineering or a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering

I have really enjoyed the space systems curriculum at the DC campus, not only because it is applicable to my job and has helped me do my job even better, but also because the interactions with the instructors has been so positive.  I have had great instructors and have learned things in these courses that I do not think you can learn anywhere else.
